McDougall Fruit Warehouse Cherry Packing Line Project Update

McDougall Fruit is installing a state-of-the-art cherry packing line in their 1,000,000 square foot warehouse. The Salcido Connection, Inc. has performed a complete engineering design and is working on a full custom mechanical installation. The full building controls system monitors and controls custom airflow, air quality and temperature control for the addition.

Selah Middle School Comprehensive Building Controls

We are excited to announce a new construction project for Selah Middle School. We have installed a comprehensive building management and controls system. This highly-involved system monitors and controls a wide array of functions, including:

  • energy consumption tracking & management
  • emergency response systems. 
  •  snow melting
  • lighting
  • speaker systems
  • fire alarm systems
  • temperature control systems
