Wenatchee Valley College ESCO Phase 3 Update

The Wenatchee Valley College Energy Efficiencies Upgrade – Phase III Project – is continuing to progress successfully, with major mechanical closed loop renovations largely completed. Siemens Building Controls Systems upgrades continue in multiple facilities, as well as interior air quality controls improvements. We are also largely completed with our state-of-the-art energy recapture system serving the 4th floor laboratory areas of the Wenatchi Hall facility.

Cashmere Data Center Phase 2 Update

Here's an update on this full Electrical & Mechanical Expansion project. We're taking what was a shell of a building and ramping it up to 2MW useable data space power. With the addition of redundant air delivery system, full ducting to cold aisles, enclosure of hot aisles, powered exhausting of all hot aisle spaces, and addition of large commercial chiller system we can ensure 99.99% uptime during all weather conditions.

Post Hotel Project - Full Mechanical Installation

At the Post Hotel in Leavenworth, this project features Mitsubishi VRF HVAC, custom indoor/outdoor pool HVAC solution, and complete building controls systems installation.

McDougall & Sons, Inc. – Phase 3 Update

Here’s an update to the state-of-the-art cherry packing room addition project at McDougall Fruit in Baker Flats. This project is a complete engineering design and full custom mechanical installation, including full building controls system.

Announcing 2 New Data Facilities

The Salcido Connection, Inc. is in the final planning stages for two new data facilities development projects in North Central Washington. Both in the multiple Megawatts of power range, one is planned for location in Chelan County, one in Douglas County.  Current negotiations are under way and both locations should be completed and fully functional data facilities within the next 12 months.

McDougall Fruit Warehouse Cherry Packing Line Project Update

McDougall Fruit is installing a state-of-the-art cherry packing line in their 1,000,000 square foot warehouse. The Salcido Connection, Inc. has performed a complete engineering design and is working on a full custom mechanical installation. The full building controls system monitors and controls custom airflow, air quality and temperature control for the addition.
