In this project to accommodate a commercial laundromat retail space, we have undertaken a comprehensive building conversion. The broad range of needs for this project include general contracting, concrete work, flooring, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and commercial equipment installations.
Comprehensive ozone generator systems installations continue in agricultural warehouse space throughout the region. Crews are rapidly conducting comprehensive installations of these cutting edge generation systems, including mechanical, electrical, and building controls systems. Scopes of work also include facilities renovations in multiple locations; all toward the goal of maintaining the highest levels of food quality and safety while in storage.
Columbia Data Center – Phase 1, is well under way. Primary power has been delivered to the site, and all major electrical components are on order. Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineering is progressing rapidly and the construction schedule will have this 1.5MW data space operational in November of this year.
The Wenatchee Valley College Energy Efficiencies Upgrade – Phase III Project – is continuing to progress successfully, with major mechanical closed loop renovations largely completed. Siemens Building Controls Systems upgrades continue in multiple facilities, as well as interior air quality controls improvements. We are also largely completed with our state-of-the-art energy recapture system serving the 4th floor laboratory areas of the Wenatchi Hall facility.

Here's an update on this full Electrical & Mechanical Expansion project. We're taking what was a shell of a building and ramping it up to 2MW useable data space power. With the addition of redundant air delivery system, full ducting to cold aisles, enclosure of hot aisles, powered exhausting of all hot aisle spaces, and addition of large commercial chiller system we can ensure 99.99% uptime during all weather conditions.

Bluebird Growers is expanding their cherry packing line, and contracted with us for this complete Mechanical installation of temperature, air quality, and air delivery systems to serve their new state-of-the-art packing line operation.
At the Post Hotel in Leavenworth, this project features Mitsubishi VRF HVAC, custom indoor/outdoor pool HVAC solution, and complete building controls systems installation.
